# 27. ARM Veh. History

ARM VEH. HISTORY shows the work your shop has done on this vehicle before, newest first. It finds past invoices by the vehicle's VIN or plate, so it also shows work done while the vehicle belonged to a previous owner. Each entry shows the [Invoice](https://autosoftware.company/invoice_entry_form.php) # or Quote #, date, Amount, Odometer and License, the labor and parts performed, the services recommended with who inspected them, and the invoice notes. Drafts are not listed; finalized invoices, quotations and voided invoices are.

## How do I see what we did on this vehicle before?

1. From the Home Screen, click Invoices → Invoice List and open the invoice.
2. Click ARM VEH. HISTORY.
3. Scroll through the history. Click the eye icon on an entry to open that invoice in a new tab.
4. To look up another vehicle, type its plate in Vehicle License Plate # and pick it from the list.
5. Click PRINT for a Customer History Report, or CLOSE.
