# 29. Attach Media

ATTACH MEDIA keeps photos and videos with the [invoice](https://autosoftware.company/invoice_entry_form.php), such as a worn part or a leak, and sends them to the customer. On a phone or tablet the upload can use the camera. Each file can be up to 80 MB and can have its own message. Saved media is listed under Saved media — select to send, and you choose whether to print it, email it or text it.

## How do I add photos or videos to an invoice?

1. From the Home Screen, click Invoices → Invoice List and open the invoice.
2. Click ATTACH MEDIA.
3. Click Upload Existing Media or Create New Media and choose the files, or take a photo on a phone or tablet.
4. For a single file, add a Message if you like and click Save. Several files at once are saved together.
5. The files appear under Saved media — select to send.
6. To change a message later, edit it on the card and click UPDATE. To remove a file, click the trash icon and confirm.

## How do I send photos to the customer?

1. From the Home Screen, click Invoices → Invoice List and open the invoice.
2. Click ATTACH MEDIA.
3. Tick the saved media you want to send, or tick the box in the heading to select them all.
4. Choose Print, Email or SMS. For Email or SMS, check the address or number.
5. Click SEND. The customer receives the photos with your messages.
