# 12. Invoice Toolbar Buttons

A saved [invoice](https://autosoftware.company/invoice_entry_form.php) opens with a row of buttons across the top. Which ones you see depends on the invoice: a quotation shows PRINT / EMAIL instead of PRINT / CASH OUT, a quick sale shows only a few, a finalized invoice adds EDIT EMPLOYEE and REFUND, and technicians see fewer. While you are editing, most are hidden and SAVE, CANCEL, COUPON CODE, DISCOUNT CODE and BRAKE ROTORS & DRUMS MEASUREMENTS appear instead. Every button has its own section in this guide, listed below.

## Where is each toolbar button explained?

1. From the Home Screen, click Invoices → [Invoice List](https://autosoftware.company/invoice_entry.php) and open a saved invoice.
2. EDIT is in section 7. PRINT / CASH OUT is in sections 15 and 16. PAYMENT is in section 14 and PAYMENT HISTORY in section 40.
3. INSPECTION FORM is in section 25, PREVIEW in section 26, ARM VEH. HISTORY in section 27 and LABEL PRINTER in section 28.
4. ATTACH MEDIA is in section 29. PRIVATE NOTES and INVOICE NOTES are in section 30. ESTIMATE REVISIONS is in section 31. FIND and BROWSE are in section 32.
5. VOID and DELETE are in section 19. OPP is in section 33. SMS is in section 34. PartsTech ORDERS and PartsTech QUOTES are in section 35.
