# 41. Quotation Buttons

A quotation has a shorter toolbar than an [invoice](https://autosoftware.company/invoice_entry_form.php). PRINT / EMAIL takes the place of PRINT / CASH OUT, and there is no PAYMENT, since a quotation is not paid. The Quotation switch beside Quotation # converts it into an invoice. On an invoice that was made from a quotation, the ARM QUOTE Invoice button opens the original quotation; its green number shows how many quotations it came from.

## How do I print or send a quotation?

1. From the Home Screen, click Invoices → [Quotation List](https://autosoftware.company/Quotation_list.php) and open the quotation.
2. Click PRINT / EMAIL.
3. Leave Print Quotation selected and click Print, or click Send by SMS/Email to send it.
4. In SMS/Email, check the email or phone and click Save & Email or SMS. The email you enter is saved on the customer's record.

## How do I find the quotation an invoice came from?

1. From the Home Screen, click Invoices → Invoice List and open the invoice.
2. Click ARM QUOTE Invoice. With one quotation it opens straight away; with several, pick one from Quotation History.
