# 15. Collected Customer Info Percentage of Total Customers

The [Collected Customer Info Percentage of Total Customers](https://autosoftware.company/count_of_percentage_of_customer.php) report (its heading reads Collected Customer Info (Percentage of Total Customers)) is a one-line scorecard of how complete your customer records are. For the customers added in the date range it counts how many have an email address, a phone number and a street address on file, and shows each count as a percentage of all customers added in that range. Use it to measure how well the counter staff are collecting contact details, to see whether email and text marketing can reach most of your customers, and to set a target such as 90 percent with a phone number.

## About this screen

The table has one line for the store. Store Name is your store's account name. Total Customers is the number of customer records added in the date range. Email Count is how many of them have an email address on file and % With Email is that count divided by Total Customers. Phone Count and % With Phone do the same for the contact number, and Address Count and % With Address for customers with a street address, city, state or zip on file. Percentages are rounded to two decimals. A customer with all three details counts once in each column, so the three percentages are independent and do not add up to 100.

The Add To Favorites switch beside the heading saves the report under Favorites on the Reports page. Which reports you see depends on your admin group permissions.
