# 96. PartsTech Tire Report

[PartsTech Tire Report](https://autosoftware.company/partsTech_tire_reports.php) lists the tires ordered through PartsTech from an invoice, one line per tire order line, with the tire's size and ratings as PartsTech supplied them. It shows which tires went on which job. Use it to look up the size, load index or speed rating of a tire fitted on an invoice, and to see which tire specifications the shop orders most.

## How do I run the PartsTech Tire Report?

1. From the Home Screen, click Reports → Shop Expenses & Vendor Reports → PartsTech Tire Report.
2. The report opens on every tire the store has ordered through PartsTech, newest first. It has no date range.
3. To see the tires on one invoice, type the invoice number in Search and click SEARCH. It must be the full invoice number. SHOW ALL clears the search.
4. Click [PRINT](https://autosoftware.company/mpdf/partech_tire_report_pdf.php) for a PDF copy. This report has no Download.

## How do I find the tires fitted on one invoice?

1. From the Home Screen, click Reports → Shop Expenses & Vendor Reports → PartsTech Tire Report.
2. Type the invoice number in Search. Example: 335679.
3. Click SEARCH. The report lists that invoice's tire order lines and Total: counts them. Example: Total: 1, a 195/60R15 92T tire, not run-flat, load range XL.
4. Click the Invoice No to open the invoice itself.

## How do I see the quantity and cost of a tire order?

1. From the Home Screen, click Reports → Shop Expenses & Vendor Reports → PartsTech Tire Report.
2. Click the eye icon at the left of the line.
3. The PartsTech Orders Report opens showing that one order line: the supplier, the part name with the tire size, QUALITY (the quantity), COST for the whole line and the other price columns. Example: the tire on invoice 335679 was ordered as 4 tires at a COST of $518.32, which is $129.58 a tire. Click SHOW ALL there to return to every order.

## About this screen

Total: above the table counts the order lines listed. Each line starts with Date Added, the date and time the tire was ordered, and the Invoice No it was ordered for. The rest of the columns are the tire details PartsTech sends with the order, headed with PartsTech's own names: TiresRunFlat (whether the tire is run-flat), TiresSize (the size and service description, such as 255/70R18 113T), TiresLoadIndex, TiresSpeedRating, TiresLoadRange (such as SL or XL), TiresSideWallStyle (such as Blackwall) and TiresMileageRating (the tread-life warranty, such as 55000 miles). A - means PartsTech sent no value for that detail on that tire.

These columns come from what PartsTech has sent for the tires your store has ordered, so another store may see a different set, and new columns can appear when PartsTech starts sending a new detail.

Each line is one order line, not one tire. The report has no quantity, so a set of four tires ordered on one line appears once. Total: is the number of order lines, not the number of tires sold. For the quantity and cost, open the line's order as described below.

Only tires ordered from an invoice are listed. A tire bought through PartsTech without an invoice appears on PartsTech Orders Report but not here.

The printout is headed Partech Tire Report and lists the same columns and lines as the screen, with the real invoice numbers.
