# 99. Third-Party Merchant Offer Report

[Third-Party Merchant Offer Report](https://autosoftware.company/cross_merchandising_report.php) lists the partner offers your shop has handed out, one line per offer code. A third-party merchant offer is a coupon from a partner business, such as a local car wash, that ARM issues to a customer on an invoice. For each code the report shows the merchant, the offer, the customer who received it, when it was issued, when it expires, and whether it has been redeemed. Use it to see how many partner offers you are giving out, which ones customers actually use, and which have expired unused.

## How do I run the Third-Party Merchant Offer Report?

1. From the Home Screen, click Reports → Coupon, Discount & Promotional Reports → Third-Party Merchant Offer Report.
2. Set the date range in the From / To selector. It opens on the whole of the current month. The range is matched against the date each code was issued.
3. To see one partner, choose it in the merchant list, or leave ALL MERCHANTS. The list shows every merchant set up in ARM, including ones with no offers in the period.
4. To see codes in one state, choose ACTIVE, REDEEMED or EXPIRED in the status list, or leave ALL STATUS.
5. To find a particular code, offer or customer, type part of it in SEARCH and click SEARCH. SHOW ALL clears every filter.
6. Click EXPORT to download the list as a spreadsheet. This report has no Print button.

## How do I see which offers customers actually used?

1. From the Home Screen, click Reports → Coupon, Discount & Promotional Reports → Third-Party Merchant Offer Report.
2. Set the date range to cover the codes you want to check. Example: 02-16-2025 to 09-25-2026 lists 60 codes issued.
3. Choose REDEEMED in the status list. The list shows only the codes that were used, with their Redemption Date. Example: Total Records: 6. Six of sixty codes were used, one in ten.
4. Choose one merchant in the merchant list to see that partner's redemptions on their own. Example: 3 of the 6.
5. For what those redemptions are worth, run Third-Party Merchant Redemption Report for the same dates and merchant.

## About this screen

Total Records: above the table counts the codes found. Each line shows the Merchant Name, the Offer Name, the Customer Name it was issued to, the Invoice #, the Offer Code, the Issue Date, the Expiry Date (No Expiry if none was set), the Redemption Date once it has been used, and a Status badge. Click any heading with arrows to sort by it. The list opens newest issue first.

The Offer Code shows only its last four characters; the rest are hidden with stars, on screen and in the [export](https://autosoftware.company/export_report.php?mode=cross_merchandising_offer). The Invoice # column shows ARM's internal reference for the invoice, not the invoice number the customer sees, so it cannot be used to look an invoice up. One invoice can carry more than one code, from the same or different merchants.

The Status badge reads ACTIVE for a code not yet used and not past its expiry date, REDEEMED once it has been used, and EXPIRED for a code that was never used and is now past its expiry date.

This report counts codes; it has no money columns. Offer codes are issued from the invoice, and the merchants and their offers are set up in ARM's third-party merchant settings.
