# 7. Manual Inspection Form

The [Manual Inspection Form](https://autosoftware.company/inspection_form.php) is the paper-style checklist used when an inspection is not done on a tablet. ARM ships three of these forms and you customise the items on each. Every item can be flagged as something judged on age and mileage, on a visual check, or both, and can carry an estimated price so a failed item turns into a quotable job.

3. Click an entry under Inspection Form Item to open it.
4. Edit the Service Name, which is required, and set the Rec. Mileage and Estimated Amount $.
