# 36. Throttle / Matrix CRM

Throttle, also sold as Matrix, is a customer-marketing service that reads your invoice history to run follow-up campaigns. ARM gives it an API key rather than a password, so you can cut off access by regenerating the key without changing anything else.

## How do I connect Throttle / Matrix CRM?

1. From the Home Screen, click System Setup Tools → [Throttle / Matrix CRM](https://autosoftware.company/throttle_integration.php).
2. Switch the integration on.
3. Click Copy to copy the API key, and paste it into your Throttle account.
4. Click Save.
5. If the key is ever exposed, click Regenerate API Key and paste the new one into Throttle — the old key stops working immediately.
