The Draft Invoices table at the bottom of the Home Screen shows open work in the shop with live status, amounts, and service time. The colored invoice-number tag shows the invoice's profit margin.

How do I read the profit-margin colors on a draft invoice? #

The color reflects the invoice’s profit margin after cost of parts and inventory is deducted from the invoice total.
Green = 80% and above. Orange = 70% to 80%. Red = below 70%.
The thresholds are configurable — set your own ranges in System Setup Tools → Master Business Configuration.

How do I work with draft invoices? #

Click EDIT on a row to open that invoice, or SMS to text the customer.
Review INVOICE #, NAME & TELEPHONE #, VEHICLE, LICENSE PLATE #, AMOUNT, and SERVICE TIME for each row.
Set WORK STATUS and CUSTOMER STATUS from the dropdowns (e.g., Completed).
Assign technicians with TECHS and set the SERVICES dropdown.
Use TODAY’S DETAILS, NOTES, and REFRESH PAGE above the table, or TV SCREEN to open the shop-floor display.
