Oil Change Reminders

Oil Change Reminders finds customers who had an oil change in a period you choose and have not been back for another one since. You pick the date range, pick how you want to reach them, edit the message, and then send or print. The date range is the period the work was done in, not the date the next service is due, so to chase customers who were serviced about three months ago you set the range to that earlier period.

  3. Edit the text in the message editor. Use the toolbar for bold, lists and links.

How do I print address labels for a mailing? #

  1. From the Home Screen, click Marketing → Oil Change Reminders.
  2. Set the From and To dates and click Go.
  3. Leave Select Print or Email or SMS on Manual Print.
  4. Click Print Labels. The labels open as a PDF in a new tab for the same date range.
  5. Only customers with a full postal address are included, so anyone missing an address, city, state or zip is left out of a printed run.
