Find and Browse

FIND and BROWSE let you jump to another invoice without going back to the Invoice List. FIND searches every invoice, draft, finalized, quotation or void, by invoice number, plate, name, phone, make, model or VIN. BROWSE lists your shop's 30 most recent draft or finalized invoices, for all customers, with how long each car has been in the shop. Both have a BROWSE CUSTOMER button that opens the customer history.

How do I find another invoice from inside an invoice? #

  1. From the Home Screen, click Invoices → Invoice List and open an invoice.
  2. Click FIND.
  3. Fill in one or more boxes: By Invoice Number, By Licence Plate, By Name, By Res Tel Number, By Vehicle Make, By Vehicle Model or VIN#.
  4. Click FIND or press Enter. If only one invoice matches, it opens straight away; otherwise click Select beside the one you want.

How do I flick through the open invoices? #

  1. From the Home Screen, click Invoices → Invoice List and open an invoice.
  2. Click BROWSE.
  3. Choose Draft Invoices or Finalize Invoices.
  4. Click SELECT beside an invoice to open it.
  5. With Draft Invoices chosen, click PRINT INVOICES to print a list of all open drafts.
