How do I check my text allowance? #
- From the Home Screen, click System Setup Tools → SMS Plan.
- Read the list of add-ons to see what you have bought and when.
- Buy more from Other Add-ons if the allowance is used up.
SMS Plan (One Text less than or equal to 160 characters)
SMS Plan shows your text allowance and what you have bought. One text means 160 characters or fewer, so a longer message is billed as more than one. US carriers also require a toll-free number to be verified before business texts will deliver, which is done from here.
How do I get my texting number verified? #
- From the Home Screen, click System Setup Tools → SMS Plan.
- Click Toll Free Verification.
- Complete the details the carrier asks for and submit them. Verification is reviewed by the carrier and takes time, so start it before you rely on texting.
