Reward Enrolled Vehicle

Reward Enrolled Vehicle lists the vehicles that have been signed up to your rewards scheme, one line per vehicle, with the customer it belongs to, how to reach them, the vehicle's plate and VIN, when it was enrolled and the signature the customer gave at the time. Use it to check how many vehicles are on the scheme, to find when a particular vehicle joined, and to produce the signed record if a customer queries their enrolment.

How do I get a vehicle onto this report? #

  1. From the Home Screen, open Enroll New Vehicle.
  2. Find the customer in Client, then pick one of their vehicles in Select Existing Vehicle, or enter the vehicle yourself using Select State, License Plate, Vin Number, Vehicle Year, Vehicle Make, Vehicle Model, Vehicle Sub Model and Vehicle Engine Size.
  3. Click Enroll. Cancel leaves without enrolling.
  4. Have the customer sign on the signature pad that follows, and click Save. Clear wipes the pad if they want to sign again.

About this screen

Each line shows the Customer Name, their Customer Mobile Number and Email Address, the vehicle's Licence Plate Number and VIN, the Enroll Date it joined the scheme, and the Signature the customer gave when they enrolled. Total: above the table counts the vehicles listed.

What you see when nothing is enrolled. Until at least one vehicle has been signed up, the report shows Total: 0 and the message No Information Available under the column headings, and the Print button does not appear at all. That is the report working normally on a store that has not used the rewards scheme, not a fault. The Print button appears as soon as the report has at least one line.

The signature is the reason to keep this report to hand: it is the customer's own record of agreeing to join, held against the vehicle rather than the customer, so a customer with two enrolled cars appears twice, once for each.
