A summary line above the table gives the Total Gross, Total Sales Tax and Total Net Sales of the deleted invoices in the current filter. Each line shows the Invoice No., Invoice Date and Finalized Date, the Customer Name, then the money columns: Gross Sales, Sales Tax, Net Sales, Shop Fee, Haz. Waste Fee, Oil Sur Fee, Elec. Fund Trans., Tire Fee, Tire Disposal Fee, Battery Fee, Battery Disposal Fee, Smog Cert., Discount, Labor Amount and Part Amount. Gross Sales is the invoice total, Net Sales is the sale before tax and fees, the fee columns are the shop, hazardous waste, oil surcharge, electronic fund transfer, tire and battery fees charged on the invoice, and Labor Amount and Part Amount split the sale between labor and parts. The line then shows the payment Mode (cash, card, check and so on), the Payment Status (paid in full, unpaid or partially paid), the Smog Cert. No., the vehicle's License Plate No., the customer's Email Address and Contact No., the technician's Clock In and Clock Out times on that invoice, the Odometer reading, the VIN, and the Vehicle Year, Vehicle Make, Vehicle Model and Vehicle Engine Size. The TOTAL row at the foot of the table sums every money column for the invoices in the current filter, so the report also tells you how much sales value was removed in the period.
Because the report shows the customer's name, email address, contact number, license plate and VIN, keep exports in a safe place. Deleted invoices never appear in the sales, tax or gross profit reports, and this report is the only place they are listed. Which reports you see depends on your admin group permissions.
